Couleurs contemporaines
Couleurs Contemporaines is dedicated to modern and contemporary decorative arts and design. Its purpose is to bring to the attention of the public the work of the creators of our era and to retrace their path through sketches and drawings, for the most part published here for the first time. Created in close collaboration with the artists, designers and artisans, each book is a testimony to the intimate character of creation. The works include a well chosen portfolio of handemade stencilled illustrations in limited edition, a print or an artist’s object in limited edition. The Prize for Art books, “Nuit du Livre 2005”, was given to the book “Domeau and Pérès – Design”.
